Sooooo Happy 2019 Sept

I have mega achieved! After 4 years of Step Into Life in Wodonga the trainer (who has done 12 years) called it quits and gave us 2 weeks notice. yikes! Then my Uncle (who isn't) passed away after a long amazing life for amazing person. And somehow, I coped - I more than coped - I shone. Frank will always be with me. I'm happy for my trainer that now she isn't tied down and can have a normal life. And I've found a new trainer to try and been to 2 sesions now with her. This is a mega achievement for me.
