I've done a bit of trawling on the internet but can't really find what I'm looking for. Can anyone recommend an all - digital scrapbooking community with challenges? Would prefer one that allows material from other kits, but all of them so far seem to have their own kits and comps limited to those kits.
I'm more interested in creative digital scrapping than using templates.

Kylie, I found your pages at CSI and had to hunt you down! I love finding other digital scrappers at mostly-paper sites :) Even though this post is kinda old, I wanted to tell you that I actually spent several years in the digiscrap community and know my way around pretty well :) A lot of the store sites do want you to use their stuff for the challenges, but there are some that let you use anything.
